Why did you decide to join Tech Reis?

I was introduced to the representative, Mr. Shitagishi, by someone I knew from outside the company. The decisive factor for joining was that achievements directly translate to rewards!

It feels like there is no boundary between the representative, engineers, and career advisors. My impression of engineers has changed!

Yes, I am glad! It's rare to have an environment where you can talk directly with the representative who is also the manager!

Has joining Tech Reis changed your work ease?

Yes, it has! Since entering my late twenties, my health has changed significantly, and I haven't been able to keep up with my body's changes, but when I consult with the representative, he understands and adjusts my work accordingly!

As a career advisor, what is the most important thing to you?

It is to empathize with the opinions and feelings of the engineers. Since the engineers are the ones working on the front lines, I want to respect their feelings to the fullest.

What are your usual work tasks?

Meetings → Confirm daily tasks and schedule → Handle tasks starting from the highest priority → Schedule meetings/interviews mainly in the afternoon → Confirm tasks and schedule for the next day

How do you perceive the engineers at Tech Reis as a career advisor?

They talk a lot, are passionate about their work, and have a strong core. Although everyone works in different places, the engineers are friendly with each other.

What goals do you want to achieve in 3, 5, or 10 years?

Within 3 years: Go to Australia for a six-month basketball study program. In 5 years: Be a mini-basketball coach. In 10 years: Live in two places, including Shimane.

I've been obsessed with basketball since I was a child! As long as my body can move, I want to be a basketball player! I want to learn about real basketball, and to tell you a secret, I am planning to go to Australia in three years!!
