Yes — this service exists exactly for you. "Can AI do this?" is enough. In the free 60-minute assessment we look at your company's work together and sort out where starting would pay off.
We have no AI-savvy employees. Is that OK?
Absolutely. We assume there is no expert, and we move forward beside you. No jargon. We stay until your staff can use it, and hands-on training can be part of the design if needed.
Is it safe to put company information into AI?
We draw the line between what may go in and what must not, with concrete examples, before you start. Quote templates with names removed and your own manuals are fine; name-bearing lists, confidential documents from partners, and salary data never go in as they are. We turn this line into plain-language rules for your company and decide the gray areas together.
I worry that AI will say something wrong.
AI can be convincingly wrong. Working from that premise, answers carry sources, and a person always checks before anything is used. AI never sends or executes anything on its own.
How much does it cost?
The entry assessment is free (60 minutes). Beyond that it depends on scope, but as a guide, starting small is from around ¥200,000 per month. After the assessment we give you the figure as a quote you can take to internal approval. No sales pressure, no sudden big contracts.
Can we ask about just training, or just one part?
Of course. Start from the one thing that hurts most right now. Training-only consultations are welcome too, and we include hands-on training in the design if needed.
How are the safety rules and management handled?
We design along Japan's government AI business guidelines (MIC / METI). That covers the line on what information may go in, records of who used what and when, human-review steps, and role-based usage — safety rules we set up together with you.
