Even after you start using it, we keep fixing it right alongside you.
With a monthly agreement, we help with improvements, operations, and getting it rooted on the ground — at your company's pace.
Choose hands-on care or just hosting. No heavy contract to lock you in. It's monthly, so you can change it later.
▸ Delivery = the start · A little upkeep, every month
You built it, but it gradually falls out of use. It happens a lot.
Many systems slowly drift away from the floor, with no one to fix them.
Every small fix meant another quote. So we stopped asking.
It got harder and harder to reach the company that built it.
Fewer people entered data, and before we knew it we were back on the old Excel.
It drifting away isn't your fault, or the floor's fault. To keep it in use, all it takes is someone fixing it right alongside you.
Not a big rebuild, but small monthly upkeep to keep it going.
We repeat "listen, fix, hand back" every month, keeping the system aligned with the floor.
Listen
to the floor's troubles
Fix
within the monthly fix budget
Hand back
ready to use right away
For example, months have looked like this
Last month, we added one field to the input screen at your team's request.
This month, we turned a report you'd been compiling by hand into a single button.
Another month, we fixed a spot that kept stalling, so it stopped stalling.
This is about keeping a finished system in use (adding people to build something new is a different service). How much we do is up to you. Next, we'll show you the three ways of working.
We ourselves still use a tool we built, tending it every month.
A tool we built for our own sales team — to find the right leads in a pile of inquiry emails.
Built it
for our own struggle, ourselves
Tended it, monthly
when a search missed, we fixed it right then
Still in use today
used every day — now a product
Our customers keep using it, too, long after delivery.
Even staff who aren't familiar with the work can use it. The younger ones on the floor say “Whoa, amazing” and “So easy.” The team is really happy with it.
There are three ways to work with us — you choose.
You choose how much help you want, and because it's monthly, you can add or cut back later.
None (just hosting)
Only the cost of hosting the system
From 5,000 yen/month
Just keep it running, for now
Help desk + a monthly fix budget
Ask when stuck · monthly upkeep
For example: add a field, add one report, fix what stalled — all inside the monthly allowance.
From around 50,000 yen/month
Ask when stuck, proper upkeep every month
More hands-on care
Growing it together
Let's talk
More hands-on, growing it together
"None" is a perfectly good choice too. Upkeep is optional — with it or without it is fine.
You can hand it off to another company anytime.
The source code (the blueprint, in effect) is yours. We don't build things only we can touch.
We hand over the materials needed for a handoff too. Whether you stay or move on is yours to decide.
First, just show us your current system.
In a free 60-minute consultation, we look together at what upkeep it needs now and which way of working suits you.

Honest questions we often hear
Do I have to add upkeep?
No. There are three ways to work with us, and "none (only the cost of hosting the system, from 5,000 yen/month)" is an equal choice. If just keeping it running is enough, that's fine. You can choose by degree — wanting to ask only when stuck, or wanting proper upkeep every month. Because the agreement is monthly, you can add or cut back later. We don't auto-renew to lock you in.
Does every fix cost money?
It depends on the way of working you choose. With "a help desk plus a monthly fix budget" (from around 50,000 yen/month), small monthly fixes are done within that budget. We don't build things so that every small change costs extra. For things that change daily, like unit prices, we provide a screen you can edit yourself from the start. Only when an addition clearly goes beyond the agreed scope do we always tell you first before proceeding.
Can you look at a system another company built?
Please ask us. First we look at how it's currently built and assess whether it's in a state to keep going and what upkeep it needs. Depending on how it was built, there are cases we can't take on, but we'll tell you that judgment too, in the free consultation.
What happens to the system if we can no longer reach you?
The source code (the blueprint of the system, in effect) is yours. We hand it over in a form another company can take over, and we prepare the materials needed for a handoff. We don't build a "walled garden" only we can touch. Whether you stay or move on is yours to decide.
We built it, but it isn't used on the floor. What should we do?
First we go and look, together with the people on the floor, at why it isn't used. Often the cause is a small snag like "entry is a hassle" or "it can't handle exceptions." As we fix those a little each month, it gradually settles into the floor. We also prepare briefing sessions and how-to videos if needed — so you don't have to create a "trainer" role inside your company.
I heard it's a quasi-mandate. Do you work on-site full time?
No. Joining as a full-time on-site development force is a different service (on-site development support, SES). Continuous support stays close, month by month, to the operation, improvement, and adoption of a system that is already running. Usually we work online and visit only when needed. Both are monthly quasi-mandate arrangements, but the roles differ: "becoming a force to build something new" versus "keeping a finished system in use."
How much does it cost?
It varies by the way of working. Just keeping it running, as "hosting," is from 5,000 yen/month. Adding a help desk and a monthly fix budget, the guide is from around 50,000 yen/month. More hands-on care is available too. After you show us your current system and how much care you'd like, we present it with a breakdown.
If our work changes, does it mean a rebuild?
Usually it doesn't mean a rebuild. Continuous support exists precisely to change the system little by little as your work changes. Even for big changes, we start from your current system as the base and add only what's needed.
Come as you are, still asking "can we keep this going?"
In a free 60-minute consultation, we assess together the upkeep your current system needs to keep going.
