Honest, common questions
How is the cost decided?
We don't sign a contract where you pay for something you can't see. The cost goes up in steps: 1. Talk (free AI assessment, 60 min) = free → 2. Working demo = free (a few days) → 3. The build = from ¥500,000 (excl. tax) (for a small business system; once what to build is set, we give an itemized quote and you sign only once you're satisfied) → 4. Monthly = from ¥5,000 (hosting for the system). Post-build fixes are opt-in (→ "Will you look after it after the build?"). Because building with AI takes less time, we pass that back into the price — the ¥500,000 starting point is the result. Where extra cost begins: fixes within the "make it, show it, fix it" cycle are included. Extra cost only arises for additions well beyond the scope first agreed, and we always tell you before we proceed.
Can I stop partway?
Yes. It's free until the working demo. If you see it and feel "this isn't what I pictured," you can stop right there — at no cost. We won't chase you with sales afterward, either.
What do I need to prepare? I can't write difficult documents.
No documents needed. We start by having you show us how the work is done now — your Excel, paper, a photo of the whiteboard. "We want something like this" is enough. We map out the exceptional order patterns together at the start, too.
Will you look after it after the build?
We don't stop at build. For JS Co., Ltd. we handled the 5 fix requests after delivery in about 2 hours. Things that change daily, like unit prices, get a screen you can update yourself from the start — we don't build something that charges you for every small change. What happens after the build is yours to choose from three: 1. None (hosting only, from ¥5,000/month) 2. A help desk plus a monthly fix allowance (from around ¥50,000/month) 3. More hands-on support. It's a monthly contract, so you can change later.
Our industry is unusual. Can you still build it?
The more unusual the work, the less an off-the-shelf tool reaches it. That's exactly the reason to build something just for your company. Complex calculations like seal-printing quotes, too, we've shaped by having you show us the actual work. Even at a different company size, the way we work is the same. We ourselves are a company of a few dozen people, and we make a 6-employee client's system our number-one showcase — we don't treat small orders as small.
AI builds it — is the quality OK?
The speed comes from AI, but the checking and the responsibility rest with people (Tech Reis). Because you see something that works at every step of the build, mistakes surface early. We're a company that uses AI hard in our own daily work.
I'm just a staff member — may I ask?
Welcome. Even at the information-gathering stage is fine. We hand you a form you can take to your boss — candidates, a rough size and cost, and a next step — organized so you can put it straight into an approval request.
Is the rollout and learning to use it a lot of work?
We keep it from being a burden. Moving over your current Excel and past data — we do that. For learning to use it, we include a briefing session and how-to videos in the delivery — so you don't have to appoint an in-house "teacher."
What happens to the system if we lose contact with you?
The source code (the equivalent of the system's blueprint) is yours. We deliver it in a form another company can take over. We don't build a "lock-in" only we can touch.
